Part Of St Paul Ave Close June To December

The City of Brantford has announced a road closure that will impact a good portion of the city as they will be performing some major maintenance to St. Paul Avenue between Brant Ave. and Grand River Ave. This maintenance will be to update and replace aging storm and sanitary sewers, and water mains; some of which are over a century old.

Starting on Monday June 5th there will be a detour and place and the road will be closed to through traffic. They are planning on performing the work in phases to avoid disruption to the properties on the road as much as possible, beginning toward the Grand River portion of St Paul. This construction work and closure are expected to be finished in December 2017.

There will also be changes to the Transit routes which you can find at brantford.ca/Transit
