Major Malls will be closed on Easter Sunday.
Beer Store and LCBO are closed Easter Sunday.
Most Grocery Stores will be closed Easter Sunday.
Hamilton Farmer’s Market will be closed Easter Sunday and Monday.
Other retail outlets may have impacted hours or be closed. (Phone before you travel.)
Grand River Transit will be operating on a Sunday service schedule on Friday and on Sunday. Buses will be running on regular weekday service on Monday, but high school specials are cancelled.
Brantford Transit services will not be operating on Easter Sunday, April 1, 2018. Brantford Lift will be running from 8am-8pm on Easter Sunday.
HSR will run on a Sunday/holiday schedule on Easter Sunday. Easter Monday will run on regular weekday schedule.
DARTS will operate on holiday hours on Easter Monday. All subscription trips, except dialysis, are cancelled on Easter Monday. You must make an advance reservation if you want to travel that day.
All recreation centres will be closed on Easter Sunday, April 1
All Senior Centres in Hamilton (Sackville Hill, ASAC, and Flamborough Senior Centre) are closed on Monday, April 2
Senior Clubs are running modified program schedules on Sunday, April 1 and Monday, April 2
Arenas will be closed for public programming on Monday, April 2
All Public Libraries will be closed Easter Sunday and Monday.
In the possible event that a location has been missed it is always better to check ahead to ensure that it is open over the remainder of the long weekend.
