As part of the Canada 150th celebrations that went on a giant rubber duck, costing $200,000 floated in the Toronto waterfront over the weekend. You may recall a previous post on this site talking about it.
There had been plenty of uproar over the expense of it’s creation and tour and the strangeness of the creature on social media.

However, now that the duck has departed, it seems that not everyone hated it. And one twitter member even took the time to calculate the cost per person who came to see it!

Whether it was a hit or a miss, it garnered a lot of attention, even if no one is really certain why it was brought in.
