Frigid Dips by VERY BRAVE SOULS!

Hundreds of dippers and thousands of spectators are going to take the brave plunge at Coronation Park in Oakville as they take the plunge into the icy cold waters of Lake Ontario to help provide clean water in developing countries. The annual Courage Dip for World Vision is a go; registration at 12:30 and the dip begins at 2PM sharp.   http://bit.ly/1fq7fbt   (Update:  this has been cancelled for the 1st time in its 33 year history)

The Hamilton Polar Bear Dip is also a go; according to their Facebook page. The traditional plunge takes place at 1pm this afternoon from the beach near Confederaton Park http://bit.ly/2ErGTbF.

And the Port Dover Polar Bear Dip is a go on Port Dover Beach at 1PM to be followed by a reception and Mayor’s Levee at the museum.  http://bit.ly/2lA9iU5
