Beautiful Grand River

The Grand River Conservation Authority announced the winner of their photo contest and it must not have been an easy thing to do; as anyone who has walked along the Grand or spent time on it could tell you, it is a beautiful place. After going over the 624 submissions of great shots of the Grand they settled on an image of a bald eagle near Wilkes Dam shot by Anca Gaston of Brantford as the Grand Prize winner.
